Current statements are submitted by the treasurer at each board meeting and an annual financial report is presented to the board. All board members’ travelling and accommodation expenses when visiting the organization are met from their personal funds or from personal sponsors. Great care is taken concerning the placement of funds and the monitoring of the ongoing work.
